Why Nicki Krawczyk Isn’t Your Average Course Creator

I met Nicki Krawczyk in 2009 when we both worked under the TripAdvisor corporate umbrella. At the time, she was the copy manager tasked with forming a team of copywriters to tackle all the copy needs for a new TripAdvisor brand. The team, which was largely pulled from the editorial department (including me), was extremely green. So, Nicki essentially put together her first course, teaching us the ins and outs of copywriting.

Nicki created her first company, Filthy Rich Writer and its signature course, the Comprehensive Copywriting Academy, shortly thereafter in 2012.

But she spent years trying all the tactics that the digital marketing gurus stressed you had to do in order to succeed. Live launching. Memberships. Challenges. SLOs.

It was (and is!) a fantastic course. It’s what enabled me to have a wildly successful career earning 6+ figures as a copywriter year over year.

Having a fantastic offer that changes lives isn’t enough to get people to purchase.
